4. Milk and Honey
Both milk and honey are full of benefits for the skin. Both contain nutrients and minerals that moisture and repair the skin cells. To use milk and honey for your feet, fill a foot bath with warm water, and add one cup of honey and one cup of milk. Remember that the cold milk will cool down your water, so you should start with water that is a little hotter then you would usually use. You can soak your feet in this mixture for as long as you would like, although thirty minutes is usually long enough. You will not be disappointed with how your feet feel afterward.
